Patio set and excellent support

I ordered a wicker sofa set for my patio and the overall experience was pretty smooth. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. Delivery took about 7 business days, which was within the estimated window, and the boxes arrived in good condition. One of the cushion covers had a small tear, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly, within a day, and sent out a replacement cover that arrived about a week later. The set itself seems sturdy and comfortable for the price. Assembly was manageable, though some of the instructions could have been a bit clearer on a few steps. The quality of the wicker and cushions feels durable enough for outdoor use, and it looks nice on my deck.

Good gazebo, minor hardware issue

I purchased the hardtop gazebo for my backyard. It arrived quickly, within about 5 days of ordering. The packaging was mostly intact, but one small box of hardware had a slight tear. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though it did take two people a solid afternoon. All the main pieces fit well together, and the instructions were decent. My only minor gripe is that a couple of the screws seemed a bit soft and stripped easily when I was tightening them, so I had to use some spares I had on hand. Other than that, it looks great and feels very sturdy, especially the hardtop roof. The price felt fair for the quality, and I'm happy with it overall.

Consistent quality for my garden

This was my third time ordering from Aecojoy, this time I got a raised garden bed. Just like my previous orders (a garden bench and a patio umbrella), everything arrived well-packaged and on time, about 6 days this time. The quality is consistent – the garden bed was easy to assemble and feels durable, just like the bench I got last year. It's good to know I can rely on them for decent outdoor stuff without any hassle. I keep coming back because their products hold up and the delivery is always as expected.
